Winemaker Natalie Christensen of Yealands Wine Group in New Zealand hosted a lunch on February 3rd at Zuma, including a vertical of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir wines. Christensen spoke of Yealands Wine Group’s dedication to sustainability in New Zealand and their ongoing projects to improve their carbon footprint.
Guests were able to try the 2019 Yealands Estate Single Vineyard Sauvginon Blanc along with other single-vineyard estate wines.
